We do not sell personal data or Google user data. We share or disclose data only as described below:
- Service Providers (Processors): We share data with trusted vendors that host our infrastructure, provide storage/backup, security monitoring, analytics, error logging, payment processing, email delivery, and customer support. They are bound by contractual obligations to process data solely under our instructions and to protect it.
- Google API Services; Limited Use: If you connect Google, we access and use Google user data only to provide the features you request. Our use and transfer of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use). We do not share Google user data with third parties except to provide or secure the requested feature(s), comply with law, or with your explicit direction.
- Legal, Security, and Compliance: We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, valid legal process, or to protect users, our Services, or the public from harm or illegal activities.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, data may be transferred as part of the transaction subject to this Policy.

- Revoking Google access: You can revoke our access to Google data at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation, we cease access and delete any cached Google user data within a commercially reasonable period unless legally required to retain it.
- Inactivity: We may delete accounts and associated data after prolonged inactivity (e.g., 12 months), subject to legal requirements.
6. SECURITY
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration (including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the Services at your own risk.

- Use strong, unique passwords and keep them confidential.
- Enable available security features on your accounts and devices.
- Only submit data over HTTPS and log out after use on shared devices.
7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
8. GENERAL
This Policy is governed by the laws of Pune, India, without regard to conflicts of law. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the courts located in Pune, India. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
